Hey there! I'm Becky—a busy mom of three teenagers, Pilates studio owner, wellness coach, joy seeker, and mentor to an incredible team of female entrepreneurs. I know firsthand the juggling act that comes with this season of life. But amidst the chaos, I’ve discovered the power of simplicity—and I’m here to help you do the same.

Wellness doesn’t have to be overwhelming. When you mute the noise, listen to your body, and focus on small daily habits, living well becomes effortless. My mission is to help women break free from hustle, scarcity, and overwhelm so they can move, feel, and live with greater ease and joy. With over 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I’ll guide you toward intuitive movement, simple self-care, and a more vibrant, purposeful life.

With over 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I am a fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and a MELT Method Instructor (Hand & Foot + Level 1). I completed my Personal Trainer certification (BCRPA), CFP Pre/Postnatal Specialist, EWY Yoga Exercise Specialist, and Yoga for Fertility certifications. A lifelong learner, I’ve dedicated countless hours to continuing education in movement, fascia, and holistic wellness, always expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.
