Meet Becky Cryne

I'm here to help moms look after themselves.

Hey there! I'm Becky—a midlife mom approaching the empty nest, Pilates studio owner, fascia-focused wellness coach, joy seeker, and mentor to an incredible team of female entrepreneurs.

 

I know firsthand the juggling act that comes with this season of life. The shifting hormones, the changing body, the mental load… it’s a lot.  But amidst the chaos, I’ve discovered the power of simplicity—and the profound impact of supporting the body through its fascia.  I’m here to help you do the same.

Wellness doesn’t have to be overwhelming. When you mute the noise, listen to your body, and support your fascia with the right kind of movement and self-care, everything starts to feel more connected, more supported, and more you. My mission is to help women break free from hustle, scarcity, and overwhelm so they can move, feel, and live with greater ease and joy.

 

With over 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I guide women toward intuitive movement, fascia-friendly practices, and simple daily habits that create a more vibrant, energized, and purposeful life—especially in midlife, when our bodies need a different kind of support.

I am a fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and a MELT Method Instructor (Hand & Foot, Level 1 and 2).  I am currently enrolled in MELT Level 3 and Fascia Hydrator certifications.  I also hold certifications in Personal Training (BCRPA), Fascia Movement Foundations, Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Yoga Exercise Specialist, Yoga for Fertility, Menopause Coaching, and Life Coaching.

 

As a lifelong learner, I’ve dedicated countless hours to studying movement, fascia, and holistic wellness—continually deepening my expertise so I can better support women navigating the unique changes of midlife.
