My mission is to empower women to KNOW their bodies, to FEEL their movement, and to LISTEN to their body’s wisdom—especially in midlife, when everything begins to change.
Pilates builds strength, stability, and control so you can move with confidence and ease in everyday life. It supports posture, balance, and functional strength without pushing your body beyond what it’s ready for.
The MELT Method works directly with your fascia, restoring hydration, improving mobility, and calming the nervous system. It helps reduce pain and stiffness while deepening your ability to tune in, respond, and truly support your body from the inside out.
What to Expect in a Session
Every body is different. Every day is different. I will meet you where you are at. Your body knows what it needs—I’m here to guide you in learning how listen.
Each session begins by tuning into your body’s intuitive wisdom through breathwork and awareness. From there, we use the Pilates apparatus to support and guide your body toward optimal alignment and efficient movement patterns—building strength, mobility, and resilience for real life.
You can expect a fascia-focused approach woven throughout. We may use MELT to rehydrate and restore your connective tissue, helping reduce tension and improve how your body moves and feels.
And don’t be surprised if we mix in a few squats, a downward dog, or a treatment with the MELT Fascia Hydrator. Also… expect a little enthusiasm. I tend to geek out (in the best way) about fascia, muscles, and even a bit of energy work along the way.
