My mission is to empower women to KNOW their bodies, to FEEL the movement, and to LISTEN to their bodies wisdom.

Pilates builds strength, stability, and control so you can move with confidence and ease in everyday life. It supports posture, balance, and functional strength without pushing your body beyond what it’s ready for.

The MELT Method restores balance to the connective tissue and calms the nervous system. It helps reduce pain and stiffness while deepening your ability to listen to and respond to your body’s needs.

What to Expect in a Session
Every body is different. Every day is different. I will meet you where are at. Your body knows better than I do what it needs. I am just there to guide you on your healing journey. That journey starts with tuning into your bodies intuitive wisdom with breathwork and awareness. Then we use the Pilates apparatus to support and guide your body into optimal alignment and movement patterns to build a strong and flexible body that can withstand the stresses of modern life. And while Pilates is my modality of choice expect to do some squats, maybe a downward facing dog, or lay on a MELT roller. And totally expect to get excited and geek out on fascia, muscles, and chakras!
