In this workshop, we start with foundation of the method; the Hand and Foot Treatments. Then learn how to assess where stuck stress is living in your body, recalibrate your body's autopilot, rebalance the stabilizing mechanisms in your body, and rehydrate your neurofascial system using the MELT Soft Roller.
Experience immediate relief with these simple self-care techniques you can do at home to erase pain and tension in your hands, feet, neck, and lower back caused by stress, overuse, and aging.

This class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body. Designed for women navigating (peri)menopause, we combine guided journaling, gentle MELT techniques, and Pilates-based movement to hydrate connective tissue, release stored tension, and calm the nervous system.
Instead of pushing or fixing, we focus on listening—so you can move with more ease, feel more grounded, and embody your wellness from the inside out.
