The Melt Method

"Trying to fix chronic pain by masking it's symptoms is like pulling the batteries out of the smoke detector when your toaster is on fire."
                                                                          - Sue Hitzmann

The MELT Method is a science-backed self-care technique designed to keep you active, enhance performance, and eliminate pain. Created by manual therapist and exercise physiologist Sue Hitzmann, MELT uses specialized hand and foot treatment balls, custom soft rollers, and guided breathwork to calm the nervous system, restore connective tissue health, and improve stability and balance.

What MELT is NOT: It’s not exercise, stretching, or traditional foam rolling. Think of it as Hands-Off Bodywork—a simple yet powerful way to treat yourself like a skilled, hands-on therapist.
