I help women reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement, mindful self-care, and personalized wellness support. As a fascia-focused wellness expert, I specialize in supporting the often-overlooked system that influences everything from how you move to how you feel.

In my studio and online, I offer MELT and Pilates to help you feel better from the inside out. MELT works directly with your neurofascial system—calming the nervous system, rehydrating the tissues, and easing tension. Pilates builds strength, mobility, and alignment so daily life feels lighter and more supported. Private sessions, duets, and workshops are available.

When your fascia is hydrated and your body feels supported, you gain access to your clarity, energy, and confidence.
